Jake graduated Cum Laude from Weber State University with a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish and from Willamette University with a J.D. and a certificate in law and business. With experience in divorce and family law, agricultural/water rights, and estate planning, Jake brings a wealth of expertise to the team. Outside of work, Jake enjoys exploring nature with his wife and two daughters.

Ryan earned a B.A. in Political Science: American Government and a minor in Constitutional Studies from Utah Valley University and a J.D. from the University of Nebraska. Ryan is passionate about crafting legal strategies that best fit clients’ individual needs and is proficient in Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys golf, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Gabriell earned her B.A. in International Cultural Studies with emphases in Intercultural Peacebuilding and Communications and a minor in music from Brigham Young University-Hawaii and a J.D. and M.B.A. from BYU-Provo. She also studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, is fluent in Spanish, and has experience with immigration, delinquency, and welfare cases. Gabriell enjoys hiking, cooking, and tiring out her border collie.

With a multifaceted background spanning mediation, education consulting/child advocacy, litigation, property law and now specializing in estate planning, Katie is a versatile and accomplished professional with a passion for serving clients’ needs.

Shardé is an accomplished operations and office manager with experience in business, executive assistance, accounting, and as a Chief Operating Officer. With a foundation as an EMT, Shardé brings a unique blend of organizational skills and crisis management expertise to her professional endeavors. Beyond her career pursuits, Shardé loves watching sports, taking scenic drives, and spending quality time with her family. With a passion for balancing professional excellence and personal fulfillment, Shardé embodies dedication, leadership, and a commitment to success in all endeavors.

Megan’s organization and communication skills have been a great asset to the team since she started at Guardian Law in August 2022. She recently completed her Associate’s degree and her Birth Doula certification, professional training in supporting laboring mothers emotionally and physically. When she’s not working reception or assisting with childbirth, she enjoys weightlifting, listening to books, and cooking for her family and friends.

Kady joined Guardian Law in January of 2023 and is currently pursuing a B.A. in IT and Cybersecurity at Western Governors University. She has experience as a notary and a bookkeeper for several construction companies. When she is not reviewing content for compliance and forming entities, Kady enjoys traveling to new places, skydiving, scuba diving, photography, and snuggling with her black cat, Ashtray.

McKenna attended Southern Utah University starting in 2009, studying Special Education. She has experience helping troubled youth on a Youth Ranch, working privately with families who have a special needs member, and in the public school system. She also coached at various dance studios and for the Box Elder High School Drill Team. McKenna enjoys tending plants, reading, and spending time with her family.

Madison is from Logan, Utah and graduated from Utah State University in 2023 with a B.A. in Law and Constitutional Studies and a B.A. in Sociology. She plans to begin law school this coming Fall. She has previous experience as a U.S. Senate intern and in data management. In her free time, Madison loves reading, gardening, and attending theatrical performances.

Jill is a native Utahn. She has demonstrated a passion for customer relations and assisting clients since she began her career in the legal field in August of 2022 at Guardian Law. Outside of work, Jill can be found spending quality time with her family, hitting the softball field, staying active or curled up reading a good who-dun-it mystery book.

Crystal is a dedicated professional with experience serving as an Admin Code Enforcement Court Clerk and for the Department of Corrections. When she’s not in the office, she cherishes quality time outdoors with her family. As a proud mother of four, Crystal's heart lies in Saratoga Springs, where she finds solace in the beauty of nature and the warmth of community.

Hannah is from Frisco, Texas and obtained a B.A. in Communications: Public Relations at Brigham Young University in 2023. She has experience working with the Provo City Council, The Policy Project, and the Utah County Elections Division. As a student, she founded the BYU Cold Case Club and served as president. She enjoys travel, reading, thrift shopping, embroidery, and recently ran her first marathon.

Elizabeth is from Sandy, Utah and is studying Business Administration at Salt Lake Community College. She has previous experience working at Hale Center Theatre and serving as a church missionary in Wisconsin. In her free time, Beth loves taking late night drives and photographing the beauty of nature.

Dorothy is from Minneapolis, Minnesota and has many years of professional experience in insurance sales. She is excited to apply her eye for detail and organizational skills to estate planning, entity formation, and other legal work as a part of the Guardian Law team. In her free time, she enjoys home remodeling, interior design, playing the piano, and spending time with her three children and three shih tzus.

Jaxon is new to Guardian Law.

Michael is a Draper, Utah local and is currently attending Utah Valley University studying art and design. He's been with Guardian Law for over a year. In his free time, Michael enjoys working out, watching movies and TV, and drawing.
